SALES CONDITIONS

General binding sales conditions when placing an order.

1.    All offers from BelFarm are non-binding while supplies last. BelFarm reserves the right to change prices at any time.

 

2.    The order agreement is established by an electronic order on the BelFarm website and is validated and confirmed by BelFarm upon ordering. The customer then receives the necessary communication for payment and further processing of the order.

3.    The information provided about the offered items, such as descriptions, criteria, and images, is presented as accurately as possible by BelFarm. However, BelFarm does not guarantee that all items are in accordance with the provided information. Deviations from the provided information cannot lead to payment of damages or cancellation of the order.

4.    All prices mentioned on BelFarm are expressed in EURO, including VAT and administrative costs. The appropriate shipping costs will be calculated at the end of the ordering process based on the destination of the order. This amount will be communicated before closing the order. BelFarm reserves the right to deviate from these rates and inform the customer by email or telephone.

5.    BelFarm has the right to declare any order void without providing a reason.

6.    De betaling van elke bestelling dient te gebeuren via Paypal of vooruitbetaling via overschrijving. De betaling via creditcard verloopt via de systemen van Paypal. BelFarm beschikt niet over een eigen module om deze gegevens te bewaren, noch de betaling te verwerken. BelFarm kan dus onder geen enkele voorwaarde verantwoordelijk worden gesteld voor gebeurlijke fraude of schade die u mag ondervinden door het betalen via creditcard of Paypal. Pas na de volledige betaling van uw bestelling wordt uw order verwerkt. Elke betaling dient voorzien te zijn van het order nummer van de bestelling. BelFarm houdt zich het recht voor de prijs van elk besteld, maar onbetaald artikel te wijzigen en daarmee de openstaande bestelling aan te passen. Zodra de bestelling wordt gesloten en aan dezelfde actieve prijscondities wordt betaald, is de koop gesloten en kan van deze prijs niet worden afgeweken. Indien dus na deze betaling de prijs daalt kan u hierop geen aanspraak maken. De prijs wordt ook niet aangepast indien de prijs stijgt.

7.    The payment for each order must be made through Paypal or advance payment via bank transfer. Payment by credit card is processed through Paypal's systems. BelFarm does not have its own module to store this information or process the payment. Therefore, BelFarm cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for any fraud or damage you may experience when paying by credit card or Paypal. Your order will only be processed after full payment has been received. Every payment must include the order number of the purchase. BelFarm reserves the right to modify the price of any ordered but unpaid item and adjust the open order accordingly. Once the order is closed and paid under the same active price conditions, the purchase is finalized, and this price cannot be altered. Therefore, if the price decreases after this payment, you cannot claim the difference. The price will also not be adjusted if the price increases.

8.   The proposed delivery times stated by BelFarm are merely indicative. BelFarm cannot be held responsible if these deadlines are exceeded. In the event of a delay of more than 1 week, the customer will be notified of the reason for the delay. The customer can then choose to modify or cancel the backorder. However, BelFarm will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible in the event of a delay.

9.    Ownership of the item only transfers to the customer once all contractual obligations to BelFarm have been fulfilled, and the order has been accepted.

10.   Any disputes, refusals, or exchanges of delivered items must be made within 14 calendar days after the goods have been delivered, and must be done through a return shipment. Notifications made in other ways or after this deadline will not be accepted by BelFarm. BelFarm can only accept products in undamaged condition and in their original packaging. In particular, dance shoes showing signs of wear on the soles or other damage from not trying them on a clean surface cannot be returned under any circumstances since they cannot be resold. The customer is always responsible for the return shipment costs. If this return shipment is not sent with proof of shipping, the customer also assumes all responsibility for whether or not BelFarm receives the products, and this cannot in any case lead to the termination of the agreement. Promotional items cannot be exchanged or returned. Prizes won cannot be exchanged or returned. BelFarm also cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries of items as it is dependent on third parties.

11.    Any complaints must be clearly sent by mail. BelFarm is obliged to respond to every complaint as soon as possible.

12.    If your shipment is carried out via Bpost, it is insured until it is received by the customer. Failing to receive the delivery on time or refusing the delivery will result in the goods being returned to BelFarm. In this case, BelFarm will charge the necessary shipping and administrative costs, calculated at €8.75 excluding VAT for Belgium and €12.75 excluding VAT for the Netherlands, in addition to a new shipment of the purchased goods. It goes without saying that defects that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty are not grounds for the termination of the purchase.

13.    In the event of force majeure, BelFarm is not obligated to fulfill its obligations towards the customer, and these obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure. Force majeure is understood as any circumstance beyond its control that completely or partially hinders the fulfillment of obligations towards the customer.

14.    BelFarm constantly strives for the ideal quality of its products but is also dependent on its manufacturers and suppliers. The data provided for presenting the products is not a guarantee or quality statement. Insignificant deviations in quality from the described quality are not grounds for refusal.
